We have a Non-Contractual Dealing Agreement (NCNDA) in place with each buyer.

Please state your commission expectations in your offer. Payment terms: DLC-MT700 guarantee,
Payment upon arrival at the port of destination via MT103.

Procurement volume: 50,000–100,000 tons per month, depending on the offer.

Indium 4N: minimum 100 kg – maximum 500 kg
Gallium 4N: minimum 25 kg – maximum 100 kg
Rhenium 3N: minimum 10 kg – maximum 20 kg
Neodymium: minimum 100 kg – maximum 200 kg
Praseodymium: minimum 100 kg – maximum 200 kg
Osmium 4N: minimum 1 kg – maximum 5 kg

Please also specify the product's delivery form in your offer.

Final Remarks

Once the buyer has confirmed the offer to us in writing, we require confirmation of our commission from the seller in the form of an IMFPA (Intermediate Broker-Provision Agreement). We will then send you the original documents for your confirmation. Buyer and seller can then proceed with the next steps. We offer consultation and support only when needed. We require copies of the contract documents to substantiate our claims against the seller. Confidentiality is an essential part of the transaction and is guaranteed by the IMFPA. Any exchange of information with brokers requires confirmation through a Non-Content Disclosure Agreement (NCNDA).
