7 LOGISTICS AND INSPECTION COSTS
a.) The seller is responsible for the transportation and storage costs of the
goods in Zambia or Tanzania.
b.) The buyer is responsible for the testing costs by SGS, CCIC or Bureau Veritas
at the Bonded Warehouse.
8. PAYMENT TERMS: Full payment to the seller via TT/MT103 after receiving
the SKR and a full set of documents from the seller, and completing the inspection
at the Warehouse in Zambia or Tanzania.
9. BASIC PROCEDURES FCA BONDED WAREHOUSE:
a) Buyer issues ICPO+CIS
b) Seller issues FCO and draft SPA for review for both parties to sign/seal it.
c) Buyer and Seller supply their respective Accounts details of the mutually
agreed bonded warehouse.
d) Seller prepares the Cargo for its sale and purchase at the bonded warehouse.

b) Enriched Cu63-65 copper ingots, 5 kg each (99.995–99.999% purity), are currently available in 200 tons (200,000 kg) at a price of only US$150 per kilogram (minimum order quantity: 25 tons). An additional 300 tons (300,000 kg) are available upon request.
Testing: Quality has been determined based on test data and laboratory results.
Retesting is possible after signing a Letter of Intent (LOI) and scheduling by the respective contracting party. Standard SGS testing is performed by the seller before shipment.
Delivery terms: Delivery is to Hopa/Port, Turkey (customs clearance), or pickup is available. Air freight is available at the buyer's expense; payment of the delivery invoice must be received in advance.

2. Procedure
- Creation and confirmation of a Non-Contractual Dealing Agreement (NCDA) with our company, with intermediaries, or directly with the prospective buyer.

- Intermediaries are protected by an International Financial Reporting Partnership Agreement (IMPPA).
2.1 Initial Virtual Meeting
Organization of an online meeting.
Participation of management and relevant technical personnel.
Objective: Re-verification of offer details, clarification of the supply chain, proof of ownership, exportability, and compliance framework.
2.2 Due Diligence Trip (DD)
On-site visit to the mine or deposits in Mozambique and South Africa after the Letter of Intent (LOI) has been submitted to us. This visit is conducted by the buyer and only by the buyer or their authorized representatives, under strict security measures.
Verification of the actual availability of the goods.
Validation of the documentation (proofs of origin, certificates, export licenses).
Assessment of the security and logistics conditions.
Conducted by experienced personnel with international operational experience.
2.3 Secure Transaction Process
Use of secure communication and verification channels.
Verification of KYC and AML compliance.
Structuring of a secure payment and delivery process.
Minimization of risks associated with intermediaries.
Ensuring that negotiations are conducted exclusively with verified owners and authorized exporters.

Verification of the authenticity and availability of the 50 kg of rhodium.

We require copies of the contract documents to substantiate our claims against the seller. Confidentiality is an essential part of the transaction and is guaranteed by the IMFPA.
