I. FORMAL DECLARATION
GLOBAL TRADE LONDON LTD, London, United Kingdom, hereby issues this Letter of Intent for the procurement of
Biodiesel (B100) in relation to the official request received from Botswana.
II. BUYER REPRESENTATION & MANDATE STRUCTURE
GLOBAL TRADE LONDON LTD acts:
• through a proxy company in Botswana as our officially appointed mandate, and
• on behalf of an internationally recognised end buyer who has successfully passed all preliminary compliance
checks.
All documents, certificates, commercial submissions, and verifications must be addressed exclusively to GLOBAL TRADE LONDON LTD.
Buyer identity will only be disclosed after full compliance confirmation and execution of the
IMFPA.
III. COMMODITY & TECHNICAL SCOPE
Commodity: Biodiesel B100 Standard: BOS 626:2016 or equivalent (EN 14214 / ASTM D6751)
Scope includes:
• Production, sourcing, and supply
• International logistics, transportation, and delivery
• Quality assurance, SDS, COA, certification
• Feedstock origin, traceability, sustainability reporting
• HSSEQ compliance
• Long-term supply capability

IV. DOCUMENT HANDLING & COMPLIANCE PROTECTION
To ensure legal clarity, transparency, and protection of all parties:
• GLOBAL TRADE LONDON LTD must be recognised as Mandate, Proxy Mandate, or Contractual
Partner of the Seller’s Mandate.
• All seller documents must be submitted to us first for verification.
• No buyer documents will be released until the seller has:
• confirmed full compliance, and
• signed the IMFPA.

This structure ensures:
• clear legal allocation
• anti-circumvention protection
• controlled document flow
• defined accountability in international trade

V. COMMISSION STRUCTURE & IMFPA REQUIREMENT

VI. NCNDA REQUIREMENT
A Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NCNDA) has already been executed between:

VII. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR INTERNATIONAL SUPPLIERS
International suppliers must provide:
• Certificate of incorporation / commercial registry extract
• Valid tax registration and compliance certificates
• Production, trading, storage, and handling licenses
• Product compliance certificates (BOS 626:2016 or EN/ASTM equivalent)

• SDS, COA, quality management documentation
• Feedstock origin, sustainability, and traceability records
• HSSEQ Plan
• Transportation & delivery model
• Pricing methodology (variables, fixed costs, assumptions)
• Proof of production capacity and sustainable supply capability
• Technical capability statement for biofuels supply
• Optional: ISCC / RED II / RSPO certification

VIII. COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS
The seller’s commercial proposal must include:
• Pricing methodology
• Variables and fixed cost structure
• Delivery frequency
• Supply model (FOB / CIF / CFR / DDP)
• Available volumes
• Contract duration options
• Additional commercial conditions

IX. ADDITIONAL PROCUREMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Suppliers may submit separate offers for:
• refinery products
• petroleum products
• fertilizers (Urea, DAP, MAP, NPK, etc.)
• additional biofuel products

X. FORMAL CLOSING STATEMENT

• complete technical & commercial offer
• commission structure confirmation
• signed NCNDA
