Dear Sir or Madam,
GLOBAL TRADE LONDON LTD., acting through its division stavrakis.eu, hereby confirms its strong interest in establishing a long-term, strategic partnership with qualified suppliers of edible oils. We currently operate in Europe as an established producer and distributor of edible oils. Due to a significant and growing order portfolio, we intend to expand our supplier base for the edible oils listed below.
This Letter of Intent (LOI) serves as a formal invitation for you to submit a detailed offer for the supply of the following edible oil lots. We are interested in the supply of individual lots or a combination thereof. Please indicate which of the following items you are able to supply.

Product Type: Fruit oil, cold-pressed, organic, food grade (for cooking)

Required quantities per size:
250ml: 20,000 units
500ml: 20,000 units
750ml: 20,000 units
1L: 20,000 units
Total quantity: 100,000 units per year (negotiable)

Lot 2: Refined Sunflower Oil
Product Name: 100% Refined Sunflower Cooking Oil
Product Type: Nut & seed oil, fully refined, 100% pure
Cultivation: Organic
Usage: Cooking
Packaging: Plastic bottle
Volume: 0.33 L
Purity: 100%
Required quantity: 6 x 20ft (twenty-foot containers)

 

Lot 3: Vegetable Cooking Oil (Blend)
Product Name: VEGETABLE Cooking Oil
Possible oil types: Sunflower oil, soybean oil, rapeseed oil (canola), refined palm oil (CP10, CP8)
Primary type: Palm oil (refined, fractionated)

Usage: Cooking

Lot 4: RBD Palm Olein (for frying)
Product name: RBD Palm Olein Cooking/Frying Oil, 25L jerry can packaging
Specifications: CP10, CP8, CP6 (any available grade)
Packaging: Jerry cans (e.g., 5L, 20L, 25L) (any available jerry can size)
Product type: Vegetable oil (palm-derived), refined, fractionated
Usage: Cooking, frying
Ingredients: Antioxidants, vitamins, anti-clouding additives
Country of origin: Malaysia or any other country without restrictions.
Required quantity: 6,000 MT

II. Branding and Labeling
The use of our own brand identity is mandatory for all deliveries. Our products are marketed under the "stavrakis.eu" brand. Therefore, labels, logos, and all product markings must be designed in accordance with our specifications and the logo found at www.stavrakis.eu. We expect you to provide the corresponding service or to coordinate closely with us regarding branding.

III. Price Inquiry and Delivery Terms
As we cannot specify a fixed target price due to currency fluctuations (Forex), we ask that you submit a detailed price quotation. Pricing: Quote per metric tonne (MT)
Currency: USD or EUR, with save Payment terms.
Delivery terms: CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight)
Destination: Apapa-Lagos Seaport, Nigeria
IV. Required documentation
Please submit the following documents along with your quote:
Full company details.
Detailed product specifications (data sheets).
Photographs of the products and packaging.
Country of origin/manufacture.
Proof of certifications (e.g., ISO, HACCP, organic certification for Lots 1 and 2).

 

V. Binding nature
This LOI constitutes a statement of intent and is not legally binding until a final Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) or a firm Purchase Order (PO) has been signed by both parties. However, it signals our serious intention to establish a business relationship with you regarding the edible oils described.
